Tools used

Firebase Crashlytics

We use the Firebase Crashlytics service from Google (https://about.google/) to optimize the app and ensure its stability and usability.
Information about the device used and the use of the app is collected (e.g. the time stamp of the app start, time stamp of a crash), which enables us to analyze and solve problems.
The data is transmitted anonymously and not personally to Google. Further information can be found in the data protection declaration of the company Google:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

Firebase Crashlytics is used to optimize this app. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Google Analytics for Firebase

In order to be able to optimize our offer, we use the analysis service Google Analytics for Firebase and Google Analytics.

The Google Firebase SDK is integrated in our app. A pseudonymized app instance ID is generated in the app. This is a randomly generated ID that is recorded when the app is used for the first time. This is similar to a cookie on websites.
In addition, general device information, e.g. device model and operating system version as well as interactions with the app or calling up different screens are recorded.

When using Google Analytics for Firebase, the following data about the use of the app is used and transmitted to Google in a pseudonymous form. This includes e.g. number of users and sessions, session duration, operating system, device models, region, screen name and a number of other data
A detailed overview of the data collected can be found here: https://support.google.com/firebase/answer/6318039?hl=de

We cannot assign the above data to a specific person.
IP address anonymization is always enabled via the Firebase SDK.

The data collected may be transferred to servers in the USA and stored there.
If there is no adequacy decision by the EU Commission for the recipient country, the transfer of your data to this recipient country is protected by either EU standard contractual clauses with the recipient (https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/law-topic/data-protection/international-dimension-data-protection/standard-contractual-clauses-scc_en) have been completed or binding internal data protection guidelines are in place. Otherwise, a transmission will only take place if an exception according to Art. 49 DSGVO is fulfilled.

You can find more information on terms of use and data protection at Google Analytics here https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or here https://policies.google.com/?hl=de.

The data collected in Google Analytics for Firebase is forwarded to Google Analytics for a simplified view. The data used in Google Analytics corresponds to the data in Google Analytics for Firebase.

The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics for Firebase and Google Analytics is your consent in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a GDPR.
You can give or revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future in the app under Settings -> Privacy Settings.

Change to the privacy policy

We reserve the right to change these data protection regulations at any time in compliance with legal requirements.
